Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how VYTL delivers your order. It should be read together with our Refund Policy. A quick summary is also available on our Shipping & Returns page.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. We do not yet ship to other GCC countries or internationally. KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman are coming soon.

Delivery Rates

Standard delivery is free on every order within the UAE, with no minimum order value. This applies to one-time orders and to subscription orders (The VYTL Ritual) alike.

Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout. No code is needed.

We may update delivery rates in the future. Any change will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Time

Delivered in 1–2 days across the UAE. Orders placed on the weekend or on a UAE public holiday go out on the next working day. Timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. If a courier or weather delay affects your order, we will let you know.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate. If your tracking has not updated after 24 hours, email orders@itsvytl.com with your order number in the subject line.

Failed or Undelivered Orders

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will usually make one more attempt or hold the parcel at a local depot for collection.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply. If redelivery is not requested within 7 days of our notification, the order may be refunded after deducting any reasonable delivery costs we incurred, except where the failure resulted from our error.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product or flavor, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
